Preheat oven to 350
Set cream cheese out at room temperature.
Get a skillet out -
Cook meat
Season well with 2 oz of taco seasoning
Add the 2 jars of 16 oz Ortega sauce
Bring to a simmer - about 5 minutes.
Add 3/4 cups of sugar
Add 1 TB cayenne pepper (Add 2 for an ultimate spicy ?? )
Get a cooking pan out / glass ware (baking dish) works best.
Spread cream cheese evenly in the baking dish - ensuring the entire bottom is covered.
Pour the taco sauce / meat mixture from pot over the cream cheeses that’s spread out in the pan.
Top with cheddar cheese ?? and put in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
To serve -
Add the dip to the plate and eat with Doritos (think chips n dip)
