2. Reduce power to medium high and add pasta
3. In a separate small pot, melt butter on medium heat
4. Once butter melts fully, add flour and stir for 1 minute
5. Add garlic and continue to stir for 1 more minute
6. Slowly add cream and milk while stirring and continue to stir until mixture bubbles
7. Reduce heat to low and add parmasean while continuing to stir until it's fully melted
8. Turn off stove and add pepper, chili paste, buffalo sauce, and hot sauce
9. Test pasta for readiness and strain when ready
10. Combine pasta and sauce in bowl
