Sausage stuffed cubanells
Remove top of peppers near stem and core the pepper. Set aside. Place the tomatoes, tomato sauce and tomato soup in a sauce pan along with pepper powder and sauces and a half can of water (6oz) and bring to a boil.
Add rice,remove from heat and let stand 8 minutes.
Mix sausage, onion soup mix and desired seasonings in a bowl.
Stuff cubanelles with sausage mix and place in a 12 x 9 baking dish.
Pour the tomato reduction over the peppers and bake covered at 400 for one hour
Let stand for 10 minuets and serve.
