Suggest a better description1. Marinate beef in 2 tbsp orange juice, 1 tsp, Shaoxing rice wine, 1 tsp light soy sauce, 1 tsp cornstarch for 15-30 mins.
2. Mix sauce: Combine tbsp fresh orange juice, 1 tsp light soy sauce, 1 tsp dark soy sauce, 1 tsp cornstarch, 1/2 tsp sesame oil, 1 pinch salt, 1 pinch ground sichuan pepper.
3. Prepare veggies: julienne zest of 1/2 orange, chop 4 fresh chilies, mince 4 cloves garlic, mince 1 inch ginger
4. Heat wok to smoking, add 1.5 tbsp oil. Sear beef until pale, then set to side and discard extra liquid.
5. Add .5 bsp oil and add orange zest, chilies, garclic, ginger and fry until fragrant. Add back the beef and fry for about a minute.
6. Restir and add sauce. Cook until sauce thickened and coating beef. Serve with steamed rice.
