Spinach and Farfalle salad perfect side dish for bbq
1. Cook pasta until al dente. Drain. Rinse under cold water and drain again. Allow to cool.
2. Add spring onion and tomatoes to pasta.
3. Add spinach, pine nuts and oregano.
4. To make dressing:
Combine oil, chili, garlic, salt and pepper to taste in a small container. Shake to mix.
4. Pour dressing over salad and toss well.
