Spinach and Mushroom Quiche
Preheat oven to 325F
Saute mushrooms and spinach in butter
Beat together milk and eggs.
Add seasonings and mushrooms / spinach into the milk and egg mixture. Add about 1/2 of the cheese into the mixture.
Pour into cooked pie shell. Put the rest of the cheese on top.
Bake for 35 minutes.
You can add more spinach, mushrooms and other ingredients (onions, ham, etc) depending on how much veggies you like in your quiche.
