Suggest a better descriptionAfter the spinach is cooked and while it is draining (make sure to drain really well), saute onion in butter. Making sure that the artichoke is well drained, add all ingredients except half of the Parmesan cheese . Put mixture in buttered casserole. Top with remainder of Parmesan cheese.
Cook for 20 - 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
I bake this ahead to take for Christmas Dinner. It can be reheated before serving. Holds up really well.
