Great light summer salad.
Pour 1 tblsp olive oil into a 12 x 15" baking pan; add asparagus, sprinkle with salt and mix to coat. Spread in single layer and bake in 400F oven, stirring often, until tender when pierced, 15-20 minutes. Let cool about 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, in large bowl, mix vinegar and remaining oil. Add spinach, strawberries, walnuts and cooled asparagus. Mix to coat. Add more salt and pepper to taste.
Also nice with some shaved parmesan cheese sprinkled on top
