Suggest a better descriptionThaw spinach and wring it out. Combine onion, oregano, garlic and red pepper and mix with spinach. Place equal portions of the mixture on half of each tortilla and top the mixture with a slice of cheese on each. Fold the tortilla in half and place in toaster oven. Heat until the cheese is melted. Serve warm with fat-free yogurt on the side.
