Great for fresh bagged spinach
Heat olive oil in skillet over med-low heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 min. Add spinach, salt and pepper and toss with the olive oil and garlic until the spinach just begins to wilt. Remove from skillet; sprinkle with cheese.
