1. Preheat oven to 425
2. Melt butter and sauté onion for 5 min
3. Add spinach & wilt
4 transfer to cutting board and cool, then chop
5. Slowly melt cream cheese in skillet
6. Stir in spinach & onions, artichoke, yogurt, mayo, shrimp, 4/5 amount of parm cheese, and salt & pepper
7. Spread in pan and sprinkle with remaining parm cheese
8. Bake for 20 minutes.
