Suggest a better descriptionBrown ground Pork. Drain and hold aside.
Saute until golden the onion, garlic, carrot, celery with dry herbs and black pepper to taste.
Add pork back to this pot. Heat on Medium.
Add canned Tomatoes and crush by hand.
Add Better Than Bullion and mix in.
Add spinach and cook until wilted.
Add water. Adjust to preference.
Salt to taste
Simmer on low/med until vegetables are cooked, about 30-40 minutes
You can top the soup with croutons, Parmesan, sour cream, etc.
