A wonderfully refreshing summer salad
Prepare dressing:
Combine raspberry vinegar & jam in blender or small bowl. Add oil in a thin stream, blending well.
Toss spinach, half of nuts, half of raspberries, & half of kiwis with dressing on a platter or in a flat salad bowl.
Top with remaining nuts, raspberries, & kiwis.
SERVE IMMEDIATELY!
(May substitute strawberries for the raspberries, and then use strawberry jam & vinegar)
