Suggest a better descriptionBeat together egg yolks and water for 5 minutes.
Add sugar. Beat 4 minutes.
Sift salt and flour together. Stir gradually into egg yolk until smooth.
Blend in lemon extract.
Beat egg whites until frothy. Add cream of tartar and beat to stiff peak stage.
Fold into egg yolk mixture.
Pour batter into ungreased tube pan.
Bake 60-65 minutes at 325 deg.
Invert pan and cool.
