role out dough into thin circles. Add a slice of American to the center, top with a large spoonful of meat mixture. Add mozerella on top of meat and begin folding. Fold one long side over the top then the other to seal. Then fold the short edges up over the long seam.
Head a non-stick pan to med heat and fry the pockets in a dry pan(don't add oil) on all 6 sides until golden brown and crunchy!
