All veggies - no cream - excellent flavor
1. Saute chopped veggies and garlic in oil.
2. Add enough chicken broth to cover veggies.
3. Simmer until tender(about 6 minutes).
4. Puree in food processor.
5. Add salt, cinnamon, and allspice to taste
