Simple to make and delicious
Heat oven to 350degrees.
Whisk first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Cut in melted butter til resembles coarse crumbs.
Spoon 1/2 crumble mixture into bottom and part way up sides of 9” pie dish and pat down to form crust.
Place rhubarb into pie dish and sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over top. Dot with the 1 Tblspn butter.
Spread remaining crumble mix over top. Bake at 350 for 40–45min, til tender and bubbly.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
