1. Boil potatoes.
2. In a seperate bowl combine all ingredients other than potaotes - refrigerate .
3. When potatoes are soft when pierced with a folk drain water and let potatoes cool for 10 minutes
4. Peel potatoes and then slice in large bowl.
5. Add mayonaise mixture.
6. Serve or refrigerate until ready to eat.
