Healthier than most breads. no sugar no butter baked in. Great way to use herbs and one of the best breads I've had.
soak yeast in warm water
combine dry ingredients
combine time. he rest of the wet ingredients
add flour mixture to wet mixture on med. speed a little at a time.
knead 5-10 minutes****important!
place in greased bowl. let rise till doubled in size.
punch down and let rise then punch down again, and divide into two loaves. pace on baking sheet. let raise again till 3/4 the way then bake @ 425 for 20 min.
Brush with melted butter before serving.
when I first made this I felt it needed a good dose of garlic salt to it and it was really good after I did that. I'd recommend it but it's not part of the original recipe.
