Easy preperation and cooking. A nice side dish with my "Famous" Enchilladas!
Stir fry the peppers, garlic, cilantro, onion and ham in vegetable oil. Add rice, tomato sauce, salt and paprika. Add 3 cups of water. Stir to mix. Let everything come to a boil. After 5 minutes, cover pot and reduce heat. Stir occasionally. Let rice cook for 20 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving!
