Apples, sausages and bacon are a marriage made in heaven
1. Preheat oven to 220C/200C fan/gas 7. Wrap each sausage in a piece of bacon. Heat the oil in a flameproof roasting dish on the hob, Brown the bacon wrapped sausages. Place in oven for 20 min.
2. Toss in the apples and roast for another 10 min, until sausages are cooked through and the apples are sticky and caramelized.
3. Serve with mashed potatoes.
