Pre-heat oven to 350 F. Combine butter and brown sugar into a sauce pan, use medium heat and stir until it looks like a Caramel sauce. Pour mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle generously with pecans.
Place the cinnamon rolls into the pan and pour the heavy cream on top of the rolls. Cover with foil.
Bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil during the last 15 minutes.
Let cool slightly and invert onto a sheet pan so the sticky goes butter and pecans are on top.
