Chop white parts of scallions, slice green parts into thin shreds
Start the noodles!
Mix cornstartch, oyster sauce, soy sauce, stock and lemon juice.
Heat wok with peanut oil until hot, then add turkey, remove when done
Add remaining peanut oil, stir fry onion, garlic and ginger for 1 minute. Increase heat, add broccoli, mushrooms, and corn and stir fry for 2 minutes
Return turkey to the woke, add ssauce with the chopped scallion and seasoning. Cook, stirring until sauce has thickened. Then stir in sesame oil.
