2. Add onion and garlic, stir fry for about 1 minute.
3. Add button mushrooms, stir fry for about 1 minute.
4. Add cherry tomatoes, stir fry for about 1 minute.
5. Add spinach, and cook until the spinach is wilted.
6. Finally, season with salt and black pepper, remove from heat and it's DONE!
