Suggest a better descriptionFood process strawberries till smooth. Pour through fine wire-mesh strainer. pressing w/ back of spoon. Discard solids. Add buttermilk and sugar & vanilla. Cover and chill for 1 hour.
Pour into ice cream maker and freeze.
Can use 16 ounces of frozen strawberries, thawed first.
