Strawberry Cheesecake Fat Bombs
Place Cream Cheese, Coconut Oil and Butter in a dish cut into pieces to get to room temperature (30-60min). Do not melt or microwave, just soften.
Wash strawberries and mash in bowl with fork or blender.
Add Stevia or erythritol, vanilla extract and mix well.
Add strawberry mixture to bowl with softened butter and cream cheese.
Use beaters to combine well.
Spoon into molds and place in freezer for about 2 hours.
Store in freezer.
