Low carb, sweet pancakes. Quick and easy to make. Sometimes finding something sweet while watching your carbs can be a challenge, but these hit the spot as a nice dessert, or snack.
1. Add all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well until blended and it becomes a liquid batter. 2. Pre heat a griddle or frying pan. 3. Spray pan with non stick spray, and melt a small amount of butter. 4. Put a few tablespoons of batter into the pan and cook 3 or 4 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes. (Or until golden brown on each side) 5. Serve as is, with melted butter and cinnamon, or sugar free maple syrup for a wonderful low carb dessert.
Make sure that the batter is mixed well. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
