Melt 3/4 C chocolate chips and 2 t shortening in micorwave safe bowl. Stir. Brush over crust. Refrigerate until firm. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, sour cream and vanilla until smooth. Fold in cool whip. spoon into crust. refrigerate for 1 hour. Arrange fruit over pie. Heat jam unitl melted. Drizzle over top of fruit. Melt remaining chocolate chips and shortening. Stir. Drizzle over fruit. Refrigerate until chilled (1-2 hours).
