Suggest a better descriptionHeat 1 cup chopped strawberries, 1/2 cup sugar, and 1 cup water until boiling. Boil for about 10 minutes, until mixture has reduced and thickened. Strain syrup into a small bowl; discard solids. In each of two small glasses combine half of the syrup and 3/4 cup whole milk. Tint with red food coloring if desired. Stir to combine. To make Strawberry Ice Milk, pour into a paper take-out container and freeze.
