Prepare stuffing mix and add diced apple. Fry pork chops and place in 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Heap about 1 cup of stuffing on each pork chop. Mix together soup and water and pour carefully over pork chops and stuffing. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
