Party favorites, stuffed mushrooms
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Wash and clean whole mushrooms, remove stems, and place stems in food processor after cutting off ends. Process until fine. Place mushrooms top side down in a pie plate. In a medium size bow, place 1 package of cream cheese; microwave for 30 seconds.
Add seasonings, bacon bits and mushroom stems to cream cheese, blend thoroughly.
Stuff mushroom tops and bake in oven for 12-15 minutes at 425 degrees.
