add breadcrumbs and Italian seasoning, add seasoning to taste. add 1/2 cup clams with some juice. consistency of stuffing.
add cheeses and stuff mushrooms.
sprinkle with additional mozzarella cheese. cook at 425 for 8-10 minutes
