Wash mushrooms, trim tips of stems, remove stems. Use the stems to chop, enough for 1/2 cup. Cook caps in butter for 5 minutes. Mix together cream cheese, dressing mix and milk. Stir in mushroom pieces and onions. Fill caps. Broil until golden brown. This recipe should stuff 50 mushroom caps.
