Italian inspired stuffed mushrooms. recipe from Mane
Prepare mushrooms by taking stem off and using them for filling Chop them fine. Pre heat oven to 4000 degrees
Mix all ingredients together. Mixture should be paste like and able to form into a ball to place in cavity of mushroom. after stuffing all the mushrooms, place them on a baking sheet that has more wine on bottom 1/2 cup to 3/4 add a little of olive oil too. Bake in oven until they are brown and cooked. Knife should go through cap.
These are good as side dish and appetizer. Typically I use these for the holidays and special occasions.
