Easy weeknight casserole tastes just like stuffed peppers
Prepare Success Rice per package directions; drain.
While rice is cooking, brown ground beef and frozen pepper/onion mix in large skillet on stove top until beef is well browned and vegetables are soft. Drain fat. Stir in tomato sauce, hot cooked/drained rice and Worcestershire sauce. Heat til mixture bubbles.
Spray a casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray and pour above mixture in dish. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned.
Recipe easily halved to serve 2 or 3.
