Suggest a better descriptionBrown ground beef and chop up very small in olive oil; drain and add garlic, peppers and onion. Cook until soft and add tomato juice, salt, pepper, Basel, sugar and tomatoes. Cook for several hours on low heat. Add cooked rice. May serve with melted cheese on top.
