Stuffed peppers
Preheat oven to 350
Cut peppers as desired and place in a 13” x 9” pan
Fry the ground beef
Fry beef, onion, cumin, rice, corn, salsa, and half the cheese (1 cup)
Fill peppers with mix and bake 20 minutes
Sprinkle the other half of the mozzarella on top and bake 10 more minutes
