Boil water in large pot large pot
Brown meat with onion, garlic, salt and pepper.
Hallow out Peppers and place in boiling water for 2-3 mins
Combine rice and tomato sauce to browned meat-mix!
Take out Peppers from water and place in oven-safe dish
Fill Peppers with rice/sauce/meat. Top with shredded cheese
Leave in oven for 30 minutes
Enjoy!
