Suggest a better descriptionPrepare Couscous according to package. Wash bell peppers, chop off tops and remove seeds. Break up tops and chop, set aside. Chop onion, set aside. Brown ground beef, drain. Add onion and peppers to ground beef and cook for approximately 5 minutes. Stir in couscous.
Fill peppers with mixture. Place filled peppers in sauced bottom pan. Add additional sauce on top of peppers and bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes.
