Suggest a better descriptionPreheat the oven to 350 degrees. Carefully slice the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise. Scoop the seeds from the squash, and place the cleaned squash halves in a baking dish.
Place the Italian sausage, onion, and garlic in a large skillet over medium-high heat, and sauté until sausage is browned and crumbled.
Add the bell pepper and mushrooms to the skillet, and sauté an addition 3 minutes before adding the tomato sauce, olives, and Italian Seasoning, cook until heated through.
Put part of the cheese in the shell of the squash, then fill with meat mixture. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Bake 35-40 minutes
Squash wasn't done at 30 minutes. Will cook squash for 30 minutes before adding filling, then cook for 30 more. Will leave out bell pepper, black olives and Italian seasoning for personal preference.
