In pot put ground meat mixture, your cut up liver gizzards, heart, the water from boiling them and the oysters with the juice. Add more water if necessary and cook, cook long, till everything becomes a kinda mush. Make sure there is still plenty of water. When cooked down, remove from heat and put into a large bowl, start adding the bread crumbs till tacky, and put into chicken or turkey and bake!!
