In unbaked pastry shell, layer chicken, bacon, swiss cheese, cheddar cheese, onion, tomato, jalapeno peppers and parsley.
In a small bowl, combine beaten eggs, mustard and sour cream.
Pour egg mixture into pastry shell.
Bake at 450°F for 30 minutes or until filling is set. Cover edge of pastry with foil to prevent excessive browning.
