Sugar Cookies
1. Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
2. In a separate large bowl, use mixer to cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla.
3. Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture until soft dough forms.
4. Divide dough into 2 equal portions, and place each portion on a piece of lightly-floured parchment paper. With a lightly-floured rolling pin, roll the dough to about 1/4 inch thickness.
5. Lightly dust the top of the dough with flour, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 1-2 hours (or overnight).
6. Cut out dough with cookie cutters and bake at 375° for 7-10 minutes
