Cut orange into 8 piecies. Put orange, orange juice, egg and oil in blender. Blend until smooth. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, soda & salt in a bowl. Add orange mixture. Add raisins or cranberries. Blend just until just miced. Spoon into muffin cups. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes.
