This is a Queso dip that can actually be a meal all to itself. Cheesy, Rich, and Meaty. Guaranteed to satisfy a football star or their biggest fan!
Ground turkey (or pork) meat and hamburger meat in a large pot or multi cooker. Add onion and Rotel. Cut Velveeta into cubes and add to mix. Stir in small quantities at a time to aid in the melting. Cook at low heat until completely melted and stir well. Serve hot with tortilla chips. Enjoy!
Best cooked in a crock pot but a large pot or multi-cooker will do. Stir frequently!
