This recipe utilizes "Real Sangria Mix" that you can find in your grocery store. You can use actual red wine, but I've found this is just as good and cheaper.
Mix everything except the Ginger Ale and Ice and if possible, let chill in the refrigerator up to 24 hours to let flavors marinate. Add Ginger Ale and Ice just before serving.
