Combine beans, taco seasoning mix & Monterrey jack cheese. Mix well.
Spread beans mixture in a 9 x 13 pan. Cover with meat mixture. Sprinkle green chilies over meat.
Top with cheddar cheese. Pour taco sauce over cheese. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
