A favorite appetizer of Libby's
1. Combine first seven ingredients in large bowl and mix well. Shape into 1" balls. Cover and refrigerate or freeze until ready to bake.
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Set balls on ungreased baking sheet and bake until brown for 10 - 15 minutes.
3. Make mustard sauce:
Combine mustard and vinegar in small bowl. Cover and let stand at room temperature for 4 hours. Mix sugar and egg yolk in small saucepan. Add mustard and vinegar mixture and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until slightly thickened. Cover and chill. Serve sauce at room temperature.
