Soften Together:
6 TBS. Margarine
1/2 C. Sugar
Add and Mix well:
2 C. Flour
4 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 C. Milk
Mix in:
1/2 C. Milk
2 TBS. Vanilla
Mix until well blended (about 2 mins). Spread in a greased heavy jelly roll pan or Large cookie sheet (Pan style- NOT FLAT). Spread on topping and bake at 350 for 18 mins.
Topping (Crumble together):
1 C. Brown Sugar
3 TBS. Margarine
1/3 C. Flour
