Sweedish Meatballs
mix hamburger, pork, onion, garlic, panko, egg, whole milk, 1/2 tsp of salt, 1/4 tsp ea of black pepper, white pepper and aLL spice.
Make into golf ball size and fry up. Put in oven at 250-300 low to keep warm.
In same frying pan add 3tablespoon butter, flour to make rue. Add 3/4 cup beef broth. Add 1/2 cup veg stock. Add 1/2 cup half and half. Add 2 teaspoon soy sauce. Add 1 teaspopon worchester sauce. Add 1 teaspoon dijon mustard. Add 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Put meatballs back into sauce. Serve over Mashed potatoes.
